I had extensive dealings with Michael and MAB Renovations & handyman services when the neighbor directly above me in my condo building was experiencing leaking from her shower into my bathroom ceiling. Michael was actually employed by her and thus I had no expectations that he would be responsive to me and my concerns. Nonetheless, he went above and beyond to determine the cause of the leak and make all repairs necessary to fix the problem so that it wouldn’t happen again. It was a very big job requiring extensive knowledge in building construction, plumbing systems, etc. His work was top-notch and he was professional, courteous and accommodating to my schedule and my many concerns. In fact, I was so impressed with his work that I subsequently hired him to perform a couple of smaller jobs that had been on my to-do list for some time and I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Michael and MAB Renovations for any job big or small.
